WHY CHOOSE PAINTBALL UK?

It's been over 20 years since PJ was struck by a paintball in the iconic school soap Byker Grove. Fortunately paintball safety has improved dramatically since then. All kids are issued with padded combat suits and safety goggles as standard when visiting a Paintball UK centre. The combat suits come complete with high collars for neck protection and the safety goggles are designed to protect the entire head. This high level of protection can be further increased with the purchase of body armour and armoured gloves, available from the basecamp shop. Paintballing is a great way to reward performance, inspire creative minds and encourage team bonding in a fun and safe environment. It also allows boys and girls the chance to compete on a level, indiscriminate playing field and build new relationships – whatever their age or ability.

School and youth group questions

What is the minimum age?

Paintball.co.uk offers age-appropriate activities from age 8. Miniball is for ages 8 to 10 at participating centres, while standard paintball is for ages 10 and over.

Are school and youth sessions supervised?

Yes. Trained marshals brief the group, explain the equipment and supervise the games throughout the activity.

Is protective equipment provided?

Yes. Players receive the protective and game equipment appropriate to the activity and package booked.

How should organisers prepare?

Confirm player ages, group size, preferred location and dates with the booking team. Organisers should also follow the current consent information supplied for the booking.
