Choose the activity from the players’ ages and requirements before choosing a birthday package. Miniball is the lower-impact option for children aged 7 to 10. Standard junior paintball starts at age 10. Tell the booking team the actual ages of everyone in the group, especially when a party spans both ranges.
Start with the age mix
A tenth birthday does not mean every invited guest is ten. Check younger friends and siblings before confirming the session, and ask the team which activity suits the intended group. Do not promise that different activities will run together unless this has been agreed. Both options require players to follow the safety briefing and marshals’ instructions.
Understand what the package includes
The published Miniball package includes entry, equipment and unlimited paintballs for the session. Junior paintball packages have their own stated allowances. Review the current packages and additional costs for the current amounts and any additional costs, then confirm the selected package with the team. Avoid circulating an old offer without checking its inclusions and availability.
Ask about keeping the group together
There is no minimum group size for a standard booking. Tell the team the number of players so the session can be arranged. Private games require additional marshal hire, with the cost depending on the group and staffing. If exclusivity is important for the birthday, have the arrangement confirmed before inviting parents to expect a private event.
Choose the venue by its actual address
Use the centre finder to compare practical locations and check the final entrance directions. A centre’s regional name may describe its catchment rather than a city-centre address. Agree arrival, collection and the organiser’s contact details in advance. The venue is attended by confirmed booking or appointment, so do not plan an unannounced visit.
Prepare parents for an outdoor activity
Send information about suitable outdoor clothes and footwear, the activity chosen and the confirmed arrival arrangements. Protective equipment, a safety briefing and trained marshals are part of the session. Toilets and washing facilities, covered and open seating and lockers are available, with no showers. Guests may bring food and drink; the shop sells snacks and drinks. Discuss any access, support, supervision or special birthday questions with the team before booking.
Keep a single confirmed plan
Link parents to the current day itinerary and use the booking confirmation as the reference for the day. Contact the team at least 48 hours before game day to reschedule without an additional rescheduling fee; discuss the applicable terms for cancellation. To settle the ages, group arrangements and package, speak to the booking team through LiveChat.
