Terms and Conditions
The information provided by paintball.co.uk on each experience is correct at the time of print. However, the content or format of experiences may change slightly during the year. Specific details for each venue are available from our Customer Experience Centre on 0800 849 4911 at any time and are included in your booking confirmation
The pictures used in all promotional literature to illustrate experiences, particularly those that take place at more than one location, are used as an indication only. The vehicles, game zones, facilities, props and settings at each venue do vary. For specific information please call our booking office on 0800 849 4911.
The paintball.co.uk network of experience suppliers includes many of the UK's best experience venues. We are always adding to the locations we offer, but occasionally we may need to withdraw venues featured here for reasons beyond our control. If your chosen location is withdrawn, you will be offered alternative venues wherever possible, but please note this is likely to be at a different location or with a different experience supplier. Where locations are stated as 'UK wide', locations may be limited in remote areas. Each venue has its own terms and conditions (available upon request). Paintball.co.uk undertakes to maintain a minimum of 10 participating locations within the UK.
Session lengths are approximate, vary from venue to venue and are given simply as an indication of the time you will spend at the venue. Unless stated otherwise, you will usually be taking turns with other people and there may be waiting time involved. We give itineraries as a guide only and the running order of an event may change.
Most national paintball venues advertised have a minimum age of 8 or 10 years, while at local centres a minimum age of 12 years generally applies. Once booked, you may be liable for charges if you have to cancel because the minimum requirements are not met. Full details are included in your booking confirmation and we ask you to read this carefully as soon as you receive it.
All experiences are offered subject to availability. The most recent information on dates when an experience is available may be found on our website or by calling our Customer Experience Centre on 0800 849 4911. We will do our best to secure your preferred choice of dates. To help us, please book as early as possible and in any event, at least 21 days in advance and further for peak dates such as weekends or holiday periods. Bookings are not confirmed until you make full payment, and then we will send you final confirmation via email or in writing - your booking is not confirmed until you receive a confirmed booking confirmation from the Customer Experience Centre. You should not make any arrangements in connection with the experience until you have received your booking confirmation.
We welcome the participation of disabled people in our experiences, though we recognise that certain experiences may present difficulties for those with disabilities. We are committed to ensuring that disabled customers are given every opportunity to participate, so we ask that you tell us about any relevant disability when enquiring about the availability at a certain location. We strongly suggest that you arrange for a site visit prior to confirming a visit in order to assess the suitability of the terrain. We will be happy to provide information about the disabled facilities available at specific venues on request.
We welcome your feedback on all of our experiences. If you have a problem or complaint on the day, please bring it to the attention of the host or experience manager at your chosen venue as soon as possible so they have a chance to put matters right. In general, we consider it unreasonable if you take no action during an event, but then write a letter of complaint at a later date.
All prices quoted for booking packages on this website refer to payments made in person (at a paintball centre). Payments made this way are final and cannot be altered or amended in any way – meaning that once you have paid and confirmed your booking, you will not be able to change the date of your booking and should any member of your party fail to attend on the date of your booking then that payment is forfeited and no credit places issued. Payments made over the phone to the advice centre attract a service fee of 4.94% and mean that your booking can be changed to another date if you wish (subject to availability), that credit places will be given in respect of any players who do not attend the event, and that these players may attend a game on a date of your choosing in the future without further payment (again, subject to availability).
When confirming your booking with payment, there is no transaction fee charged for using a debit card. If paying for your booking with a credit card, a 2.32% fee applies – in accordance with the Consumer Rights (Payments Surcharge) Regulations 2012.
Payments for items on site at national venues incur transaction fees – these are as follows:
In accordance with The Consumer Rights (Payments Surcharge) Regulations 2012 these fees reflect the paintball centre’s actual costs in processing card transactions.
Refunds and Cancellations
We are unable to refund any amount or provide compensation for any player who is unable to attend the date you have booked. Please be sure to confirm that each player can attend the date booked and fulfil the minimum age criteria before confirming as all payments are non-refundable. Sometimes we have to cancel an experience for reasons beyond our control, such as the weather or mechanical breakdown. We will do our best to notify you as soon as possible and do everything we can to offer you an alternative date or time. We regret that, in these circumstances, paintball.co.uk cannot offer a refund on any expenses you may incur in relation to the cancelled experience. In the instance where a refund is granted, the payment is always made to the person who purchased the experience, and if originally purchased by credit or debit card, the refund will be credited to the same card. If the card has expired you will need to request a refund in writing.
